The Scorned Sleep Peacefully

Kali-rāja knows: you break down restriction, you break down relationships. You break down relationships, people can’t work together. People can’t work together, you cannot have saṅkīrtana.
It is true, we just chant Hare Kṛṣṇa, but what does that mean? How do we apply that as a conditioned soul? That we have to understand. We do chant, that is our main focus, yes. But since we are not satisfied with that, therefore there are other processes.
The whole mood of the vrata is that it’s about Kṛṣṇa, but here it’s just all about their inconvenience of fasting. So better they not fast. They will get more spiritual benefit.
“The conditioned soul is in ignorance. So he cannot actually understand things as it is, and he has flaws. Those from the spiritual world aren’t under this. So the material world is easy because it is just a perverted reflection of what is in the spiritual world.”

Forget doesn’t mean you are stupid. It doesn’t mean that if any symptoms come up of their previous behavior that wasn’t correct, you are not at that point not defending against it. It doesn’t mean you are just open and trust and therefore you get run over.
Knowledge said, ‘Don’t give me to someone who is not qualified, who is not interested.’ So skills you might give, but the hidden meanings behind that, that is more important.
By the grace of the Lord, by the order of the Lord, by the Lord’s, by the devotees’ desire to please the Lord, all the good fortune will be there for all living entities. So even though they are not looking for it, the devotees will go out to them in every town and village.
Pure devotee starts from a madhyama. Madhyama is a pure devotee. We will say ‘pure devotee’ and then put it way off in the distance. No, pure devotional service can be performed from niṣṭhā.
